TN TRB Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a high school diploma and a two-year diploma in elementary education (or equivalent). (OR)
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and graduation with at least 50% grades are required. (OR)
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) according to the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. (OR)
- Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) diploma with at least 50% marks and a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.). (OR)
- Higher Secondary (or similar) with at least 50% marks and a 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. (OR) B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
- Ed. (Special Education) and graduation with at least 50% marks Must have a degree or its equivalent in the subjects or languages for which recruitment is sought. (AND)
- For direct recruitment, you must pass the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) Paper – II with an appropriate optional subject.
