Pay Scale / Salary:

The RRB Secunderabad pay scale is Rs. 18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Only) at the initial stage for Level 01 of 7^th CPC. However, there will be allowances given as well apart from it such as:

Eligibility Criteria for RRB Secunderabad Recruitment

Educational Criteria:

In order to be qualified for this Secunderabad Railway Group D Vacancies, one should be Class Ten passed as well as should possess an NAC (National Apprentice Certificate) granted by NCVT (National Council or Vocational Training).

OR

One can complete Class Ten and have an ITI certification (Industrial Training Institute) approved by NCVT (National Council Vocational Training) or SCVT (State Council of Vocational Training).

PET (Physical Efficiency Test):

Once you’re done with the CBT (Computer Based Test which is mentioned below) and if your name is in the Merit List, you’ll then have to prove your physical capabilities. Basically you’ll be required to prove them twice and that it shall be mandatory.

For male candidates: An applicant should be able to lift and carry 35kg of weight to a distance of 100 metres. You’ll need to carry this weight within 2 minutes and this can be done in only one chance. Also, you should be able to run for a distance of 1000 metres within 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance only.

For female candidates: An applicant should be able to lift and carry 20kg of weight to a distance of 100 metres. You’ll need to carry this weight within 2 minutes and this can be only done in one chance. Also, you should be able to run for a distance of 1000 metres within 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one chance only.

Age Limit:

An applicant’s age should be under the age limit of 18 – 31 years. This means that, you cannot apply if your age falls before 18, or after 31. For applicants whose profile comes under different categories, here is the age concession:

Selection Process for RRB Secunderabad Recruitment 2018

Government placements are not always easy to crack. Well, some are very fortunate to have a green signal to every checklist to be a part of Government sector. If you know that you’re perfectly okay to proceed – start preparing for the exam! A CBT (Computer Based Test) will be conducted for 90 minutes and would be of 100 questions. There will be 4 classifications which are Mathematics, General Awareness on Current Affairs, General Science, General Intelligence and Reasoning.
