Education, Experience, Age and Other Eligibility Criteria
Academic Qualification for Medical Officer (Allopathy):
Candidates need to have recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualification) of the Indian Medical council Act, 1956.
Holders of Educational qualification included in the Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the condition stipulated in sub- section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
Academic Qualification for Medical Officer (Ayurveda):
Candidates need to have recognized medical qualification in Ayurveda included in the second or third or fourth schedule to the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970, as amended from time to time.
Age Limit:
- Not more than 30 years as on Aug 09, 2017
- SC/ST candidates get age relaxation of 5 years
Selection Procedure Details
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on a written examination followed by Viva-Voce to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission.

Application Procedure:
Candidates need to fill in the application form and enclose the following documents
02 copies of recent colour passport size photographs with self-attestation on the front size which should be pasted on the space provided in the application form and attendance sheet.
Self-attested copies of certificates and marksheets issued by the Assistant Registrar/ Registrar/Controller of Examination/ Vice-Chancellor of the concerned University to ascertain educational qualification.
Self-attested copy of Matriculation Certificate for proof of age issued by the Board only will be accepted.
Self-attested copy of APST certificate and copy of PRC in case of General candidates.
Self-attested copy of Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Registration certificate/ Medical Council of India and concerned State Medical Council certificate (Allopathy) and APIMC & concerned state council of Indian medical registration (Ayurveda).
Application Fees:
- INR 120/- for APST candidates.
- INR 180/- for others.
Payment to be made via DD/IPO in favour of Secretary, Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Itanagar.
