Candidates can download Pdf and share it with others applying for the Tier 1 and Tier 2 examination as well as skill test. Skill test might or might not happen. Any changes will be notified through the recruitment board.

264 vacancies are announced by the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board for the post of Junior Engineer and Assistant Engineer. To grab one among these 264 seats, an applicant would need to go through 2 examinations and a skill test wherever applicable. Tier 1 would be the selection test for Tier 2 test. Only selected candidates will appear for Tier 2 Examination.

DSSSB Final Selection 2019 will be based on the Tier 2 marks/percentage. Further, the cut off set for various categories may change as per number of vacancies and marks obtained. DSSSB JE and Asst Engineer Selection Method

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board has set 2 examinations as a mode of selection for all the candidates. These examinations are based on One Tier and Two Tier test scheme. Further, there would also be a skill test if required, as the posts are all technical. DSSSB Tier 1 examination is a selection phase. Final selection will be as per the scores of Tier 2 exam.

Applicants are requested to check the post applied for and prepare for the same accordingly. During JE and Asst Engineer final selection, cut off marks may raise as per number of vacancies and weightage/marks obtained.

designed to test knowledge of Current Events and of such matter of everyday observation as may be
expected of an educated person.

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board Final Scores and Selection

Please go through the above DSSSB Syllabus and Exam Pattern. Recruitment Board has set the criteria of negative marking for selection of candidates. 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer(MCQ). Kindly check the below DSSSB minimum qualifying marks for Tier 1/Tier 2 examinations.

  • General: 40%
  • OBC (Delhi):35%
  • SC/ST/PH (PwD):30%
  • Ex-servicemen:5% relaxation (subject to a minimum of 30%)
