FCI Assistant Grade 3 Online Examination – Phase 1 and Phase 2 Examination Scheme Set for Various Posts

The written examination includes Phase 1 and Phase 2 level of online tests. Phase 1 includes a common test for all the posts. It would be an online objective type exam for 100 marks and 100 questions. Candidates will get 1 mark each for every right answer. Negative marking is set as 1/4th of a mark for every incorrect answer.

If the question is not answered no negative marking will be given. Applicants are requested to not consider the phase 1 examination result as final. Phase 2 includes 5 papers. The merit selection for General/Depot and Accounts/Technical posts vary from each other. Examination Phase 1 and Phase 2 scores will decide the merit selection for Assistant Grade 3 Accounts and Technical candidates. Hence, combined marks will be taken into consideration for these 2 posts.

Whereas for Assistant Grade 3 General and Depot posts the merit selection will be based on Paper 1 performance of Phase 2. Aspirants selected will then be called for a round of document verification.
