For Area Sales Manager Job Responsibility

The Area Sales Manager (ARM) will be required to work in the field and will work in close co-ordination with a team of sales executives and team leaders. The ARM is expected to lead this team of sales executives and team leaders. Candidates applying for the ARM position are expected to have good leadership and man management skills as it will be their responsibility to staff, develop and train the sales team under them.

Key responsibilities of the individual include:

  1. Making sure that there regular visits to prospective customers by the team leaders.
  2. Strengthen communication lines between headquarters and field teams in order to ensure streamlined productivity and increased processing rate.
  3. Procurement of Market Intelligence and possessing the right technical know-how such that market share strategies can be put to use
